You will be added to Max Response’s email newsletter list only if you register to receive newsletters via a form or checkbox on the Max Response website. You may opt out of receiving our eNewsletters by clicking on the opt-out link included in every email newsletter we send or by contacting email@example.com and requesting that we stop sending the eNewsletter.
If you feel that information about Max Response could be useful for a third party you know (e.g. your friends or family members etc.), you may use our forward-to-a-friend functionality. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Max Response stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. We post video customer testimonials on our website which may contain personal information such as your name. We obtain your consent prior to posting the testimonial with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at email@example.com.
